The Caerbannogs fall to 0 and 2 after a 5-3 loss to the Beavers last night. It wasn't to say we didn't try, but Beaver's goalie Paulie was flashing more leather last night then you would normally see at an S&M convention. First goal, unassisted by Rosenberg. Second goal, unassisted by Rosenberg. Notice a trend? Third goal...by Merkle, assisted by Lewendowski and Rosenberg. The empty netter proved to be the final nail again last night. Thanks again to Dave from the Scorpions and coming out to play goal for us, sorry we couldn't put more points on the board.
Overall, not a bad game for us, just couldn't get a good bounce. So yeah...we'll blame it on bad bounces and a hot goaltender and come back next week!
