The Caerbannogs kicked off the fall session with a 6-4 loss to the Foilers last night. We jumped out early and held on, but the wheels just fell off in the 3rd. First goal was by Turano with assists to Moyer and Merkle. Second goal was Townsend from Furman and...wait for it....Sodko. Third goal (PP) was a result of some nice power play pressure by Quinn with helpers going to Furman and Halverson. Final goal was Rosenberg, unassisted.
Good signs, we played well together for a team that hasn't actually skated together in a while. Bad signs, penalties. (ok, just me)
Best wishes out to Danno who hopefully does not have a serious lower body injury.
